By using the Preschool All-Stars game ("App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. Since the App is designed for children, by allowing a child to use this App, you as a parent or legal guardian represent that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms on behalf of the child.
Preschool All-Stars is a mobile educational game designed to make learning fun and engaging. The App includes a variety of educational games, puzzles, and interactive activities that cover subjects such as math, logic, pattern recognition, and more. The content may be updated or modified from time to time to enhance the learning experience. The App is intended for kids, parents, and educators to enhance learning in a playful and interactive manner.
The App, including the software, text, graphics, images, layout, and the overall "look and feel" of the service, is the property of Sinan SAYIN (operating as Joyankyra). While some visual elements may be generated using artificial intelligence tools, the selection, coordination, and arrangement of such content are protected as a collective work.
Our trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively, "Trademarks") are the property of Sinan SAYIN (operating as Joyankyra). You may not use our Trademarks without our prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
The App offers a one-time purchase option to unlock premium content and additional levels. All payments and financial transactions are managed and processed exclusively by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. These purchases are final; however, refunds may be issued in accordance with the official refund policies of the respective app stores.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding user data.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinan SAYIN (Joyankyra) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
